Update to all our customers – 13th September 2020

OUR TOP PRIORITY

Our top priority is the health and well-being of our staff and customers alike. Our store and online business are running as normal but there may be some challenges with dispatch times.

 

YOUR ORDERS

Customers should expect our service to be more or less back to usual and we continue to do all we can to meet our 2-3 day delivery service.  We all are operating in a challenging climate so we are very grateful for the patience and understanding you have shown.  You will be kept up to date on the status of your order in the following way:-


1- When you place your order you will receive an email from us to let you know it has been received.

2 - When your order is ready to collect, or has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive another email.

3 - If your order is being delivered, you will receive the tracking details for DPD.  You can use our tracking service to see  the delivery journey.  Tracking information is updated at 2100hrs each night.

Our  shop and office are both now operating our usual working hours, but we are facing a huge increase in demand.  Phones are very busy and email inboxes are full.  We are working through all emails and manning the phones as much as possible but we ask for your patience.
