If the ball valve needs to be replaced, it is no longer necessary to take the boat ashore. You open the valve and remove the hose, after which the seabong is inserted through the ball valve. As soon as the seabong is in place, the water supply stops and the ball valve can be replaced. When the new ball valve is fitted, the seabong is raised, after which the handle is closed and the hose can be fastened again.
